Animations on the Web come in a variety of formats...our current collection includes examples of three of these:
  • simple GIF animations that are viewable with any modern browser,
  • JavaTM-based animations that are viewable with any browser whose Java functionality is enabled, and
  • VRML animations that allow direct interaction with YOU the viewer, IF your browser has been enhanced with one of the VRML plug-ins that are both FREE and widely available for download from the Web.
